Class Schedule

PLEASE READ: I absolutely love it when you guys come and get some of your own accessory/PT work in before classes or even during our OLY classes BUT with that said please do not expect me or whatever coach is here to start class early because you are early. We will start at the designated time because our coaches are getting their own training in at that time.

-Class sign up: you have 30 minutes before class starts to sign in or sign out of a class, please be respectful to your fellow athlete and coaches.


- 5pm class: on the days I coach (m,w,th) I may have to leave at 5:30 for about 5-10 minute. My kids both get out of their spring sports at the same time and need to be picked up. Thanks for understanding

-Olympic Lifting: We will have 2 options for our oly class time, our normal olympic lifting and a strength program. You are welcome to either of these during our oly class times. I will have a print off of the strength program and as usually the oly will be written on our oly board
